Olokuti – Everything green (Spotted by locals)
Every time I travel to a new place, if I want to buy something to remind me of the place, or if I need to buy gifts, I immediately head out to the local shops. I think I gave up souvenirs years ago.
One of the shops I found when I first moved here was Olokuti. It is located in the Gracia neighbourhood. It is a local project that promotes sustainability. They offer ecological products at reasonable prices that are also locally made. In this shop, you can find anything from clothes and accessories to home decorations to makeup and everyday products.
They have three different spots in the city but this one is more special since it has a big garden inside. All you have to do is walk until the end of the store and you will end up in this beautiful garden with cute little tables and chairs. You can bring a book with you or you can buy one in the store too. They have a great selection, I especially like the ones they have on feminism. Unfortunately, you cannot bring your own food and drinks in the garden, but you can always buy something from the store.

Cada vez que viajo a un lugar nuevo, si quiero comprar algo que me recuerde el lugar, o si necesito comprar regalos, me dirijo inmediatamente a las tiendas locales. Creo que dejé los souvenirs hace años.
Una de las tiendas que encontré cuando me mudé aquí fue Olokuti. Está ubicado en el barrio de Gracia. Es un proyecto local que promueve la sostenibilidad. Ofrecen productos ecológicos a precios razonables que también son de fabricación local. En esta tienda, puede encontrar cualquier cosa, desde ropa y accesorios hasta decoraciones para el hogar, maquillaje y productos de uso diario.
Tienen tres lugares diferentes en la ciudad, pero éste es más especial ya que tiene un gran jardín en su interior. Todo lo que tienes que hacer es caminar hasta el final de la tienda y terminarás en este hermoso jardín con lindas mesitas y sillas. Puede traer un libro o comprar uno en la tienda también. Tienen una gran selección, a mí me gustan especialmente las que tienen sobre feminismo. Desafortunadamente, no puede traer su propia comida y bebida al jardín, pero siempre puede comprar algo en la tienda.
